Medical & Dental Missions

 

Since 2009 we have been going to the Philippines to do missions.  We began doing missions in Cebu, Philippines, where we went and continue to go to several villages that do not have the means of visiting a doctor or a dentist.  We have just recently extended our mission trips to other provinces of the Philippines, which include Cavite and Pamapanga on the island of Luzon.  Aside from our missions team from Alaska, we bring along dentists, doctors, and nurses that are able to help in doing simple medical and dental procedures on sight.  Along with the medical and dental missions, bags filled with food such as rice and canned goods are given to families.  We not only strive to feed these families physically but also spiritually.  Mission team members are willing and ready to share the word of God and some encouragement to the families and individuals recieving medical and dental care.  Many of the families that come to seeking medical and dental help end up becoming saved and continue to attend worship and fellowship services at their local villages.
